Who We Are

A Kenyan movement built on talent, hope and football.

Raila Talanta Search (RTS) is a youth football talent identification and development organization dedicated to discovering exceptional young footballers across Kenya, nurturing their abilities on and off the pitch, and connecting them with opportunities that change families and communities.

From informal fields in the counties to structured national camps, we combine world-class coaching with mentorship, education, leadership training and scholarships — because a great footballer is first a great young person.
