Program 01

Talent Identification

Nationwide scouting camps and open trials that identify raw football potential in every corner of Kenya.

Skill & Football Development

Age-group coaching designed to close the gap between raw talent and professional readiness — technical, tactical, physical and psychological.

Selected RTS players across age brackets (U12, U14, U16, U18).

Girls' Football Development

A dedicated pathway that removes the barriers Kenyan girls face — with female coaches, safe transport, safeguarding protocols and dedicated match programs.

  • Regional girls' tournaments

Girls aged 5–12, across all ten counties.

Leadership Training

Structured leadership curriculum built around the football program — because captains, coaches and community leaders are made, not born.

Mentorship & Education

Every RTS player is paired with a trained mentor who supports school attendance, academic performance and life beyond the pitch.
